1. What are parabens?- Parabens are synthetic chemicals that are used as preservatives in personal care products. They mimic estrogen and disturb the body's natural hormone levels. To avoid parabens, do not purchase products with any ingredient that ends in "paraben."
2. Parabens are bad.- Parabens, can interfere with the body's natural hormone function and have been linked to cancer and reproductive disorders.
